Interculturalists and professionals in the diversity and inclusion field have defined a new, more proactive constructivist approach to deal with the increasingly turbulent times we live in. Delegates will reflect on the need to move from discussions in safe spaces to creating “brave spaces” by exploring the cutting-edge research and learning about a new framework called “Empowering Dialogues.” Using hands-on and engaging activities, participants will learn how to build brave spaces in their communities using leadership skills and global competence.
