Integrating Global Competence Education into Curricula for 8-19 year olds

This workshop will provide hands-on experience using the Global Competence Framework which was developed within a European Union-funded project to advance global competence in the 8-19 year old age group. The Framework includes a free set of resources—a global competence survey; student courses; teacher toolkit. Delegates will also discuss the validity this Framework in the context of secondary, tertiary and non-formal education, integrating the Framework into curricula and emerging issues hindering/supporting the use of such resources in different international contexts.
